The Convivium Firenze company is made up of 10 partners and 30 employees. The partners operate in the company’s different key divisions: kitchen, gourmet food shop/restaurant, reception offices; each sector is directed and coordinated by a manager having direct responsibility.
The partners specialise in the various sectors for the staging of receptions and catering, having interchangeable roles. You will be welcomed to the banqueting office by Filippo Becagli, Paolo Provvedi, Massimo Marchetti and Alessio Gallori, who will be able to advise you on how to stage your party on the basis of your specific requests and requirements. Each event has one of the partners as its organiser and by being present throughout the day he will coordinate proceedings with you, attending to every detail.
Together with his courteous and dynamic staff, Paolo Razzolini, who is the manager of the “La Sosta del Convivium” Restaurant/Gourmet food shop, will be able to assist you in selecting from the dishes produced each day. His attention to detail in the selection of the various gastronomic products will enable you to find a wide range of high quality products in the Gastronomic Workshop.
The continually innovative and unique dishes, rich in flavour, are produced by the experts hands of the chefs Simone Ferretti and Paolo Biancalani and the members of their staff in the company’s two kitchens.
The thirty years experience of Massimo Maturi and the culinary skills of Tommasi Vezzani give the “Olio & Convivium Firenze” Restaurant, located in the historic Palazzo Capponi, a unique character.
A passion for the wine and oil sector and for gourmet foods has made their restaurant a centre of innovation and refinement.
